2025 TESL Diploma Dates

The TESL Canada & TESL Ontario Part 1 recognized programs includes the core class (dates below) and a 25-hour practicum which takes place after the core class has finished. The full-time program is 10 weeks long, and the part-time program is 24 weeks long. (Total 135 hours)

The TESL Ontario recognized program includes the TESL Canada core class, the Part Two core class (dates below), and two 25-hour practicums. The Part 2 course class and practicum take 9 weeks to complete full-time and 26 weeks to complete part-time. (Total 181 hours)

* TESL Ontario Part 2 can be taken by students who have completed the TESL Canada/TESL Ontario Part 1 program either at CCLCS or another institution and wish to upgrade. Students who have completed CELTA are also eligible to apply.   Students applying from other programs must have completed their entire TESL Canada or CELTA course plus practicum to qualify for our TESL Ontario part 2 program.

* We arrange all TESL practicums with our LINC classes. Please note that all practicum and observation hours take place during the day.

*Dates below do not include practicum hours. The practicum takes after the course portion is complete. There are also assignments due after the course.*
