TESL Canada program (Part 1 of TESL Ontario) March 18 to July 10, 2025 Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:00 to 9:00

Fees and application process are the same as for in person classes. Classes are synchronous.

Course structure and assignments: core class (100 hours) plus observations (10 hours), followed by a 25-hour practicum**

**Important note about practicum
As per TESL Canada and TESL Ontario requirements, practicums must be in person. Online students have the option of doing their practicum at CCLCS or another organization closer to their location. Practicums at CCLCS Practicums are 6 consecutive days, generally from Wednesday of one week to Thursday of the following week (no class Friday). Once the course has begun, you can speak to the TESL Coordinator to arrange the date and location. OFFSITE Practicums Practicums can be done at another organization but must meet eligibility criteria and be approved by CCLCS. It is entirely up to the student to find and secure a practicum placement. CCLCS will not reimburse the other organization.
